Built by a Founder with no tech background and a bunch of hobbyists meeting in his attic, Shadow Robot is fuelled by passion. The business was formed in response to receiving our first order and we’ve flourished over the last two decades.

Shadow Robot is Britain’s longest running robot company specialising in the development of advanced robotics hardware and software systems. We manufacture research hardware for customers worldwide, primarily focussing on advanced robotic hands for manipulation.
